These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://panonicainstitute.com (“the Site”) and all products, services, and events offered through it, including online seminars, live workshops, and individual sessions (collectively, “Services”).
By using this Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Services
Panonica Institute provides educational, professional, and personal development programs including:
- Online seminars conducted via Zoom,
- In-person workshops,
- Individual counselling or constellation sessions.
All bookings are processed through our webshop integrated with WooCommerce.
3. Eligibility
By using our Site and Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age,
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and
- You will use our Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
4. Payments and Pricing
Payments for Services may be made via Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
Prices are displayed in EUR and USD. VAT / PDV is included where applicable under Croatian or EU law.
All prices, offers, and descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
5. Booking Confirmation
After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about your booking and instructions for participation.
Access to online events is provided through Zoom. Please ensure that your technical setup (device, camera, microphone, and connection) meets basic platform requirements.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
We do not offer refunds once a participant has attended a seminar, workshop, or individual session.
However, refunds are possible if you contact us before the start time of your scheduled event or session.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@panonicainstitute.com with your name, order number, and event details.
Credits or rescheduling options are not provided.
7. Conduct and Confidentiality
We maintain a respectful and confidential learning environment.
Participants agree to:
- Refrain from recording, screenshotting, or sharing any part of online or in-person sessions,
- Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ personal information and stories,
- Share personal insights or learning outcomes only without identifying others.
Violation of these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, texts, methods, images, and recordings created by or for Panonica Institute are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content from this website, seminars, workshops, or individual sessions may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Panonica Institute.
References to Hellinger Science (Hellinger® Sciencia) and the systemic constellation work of Bert and Sophie Hellinger are made solely for educational and academic purposes.
All direct quotations, citations, or original materials belonging to the Hellingers are the exclusive intellectual property of Hellinger.com and the Hellinger® Sciencia organization, and remain under their copyright and ownership.
Panonica Institute acknowledges and respects these rights fully and makes no claim of ownership over any original Hellinger content.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are educational and professional-development based. They do not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
By participating, you acknowledge full personal responsibility for your own process and outcomes. Panonica Institute and its facilitators are not liable for personal or psychological outcomes arising from participation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panonica Institute and Power Zone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- For customers located in the European Union and all other countries outside the United States, these Terms are governed by Croatian law, and any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Rijeka, Croatia.
- For customers located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
Before taking legal action, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution via direct communication at hello@panonicainstitute.com.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
