Exchanges & Returns
What happens if I pay for a service but cannot attend?
If you have paid for a service and cannot attend, your payment will be refunded.
Can I transfer my paid service to another person?
No. Paid services cannot be transferred or gifted to others, as this creates a systemic imbalance.
Can I request a refund after receiving the service?
No. Once the service has been received, refunds are not possible — regardless of the outcome or personal impressions. The integration process also depends on your own inner effort and openness to resolution.
Group rules
Are all participants treated equally?
Yes. At every event — online or in person — all participants are equal. Who will have a constellation and what the content of the workshop will be depends on the intelligence of the field, not on the facilitator’s personal choice.
Can the facilitator refuse to do my constellation?
Yes, if the facilitator knows or suspects that a participant is hiding a serious medical condition for which she has not been prepared, or if the participant is using the field with harmful intent — for example, to create imbalance, gain advantage, or extract information unethically. Even in such cases, the participant will be equally seen and respected, and will receive the same level of presence as everyone else.
Conscious Consent and Responsibility
Do I know what will happen in constellation?
No. The outcome cannot be known in advance. After the workshop, you may need time to integrate new insights.
What if I feel worse after the workshop?
Change and resolution sometimes reveal deeper layers of experience. You agree to face whatever arises — improvement or discomfort — as part of your personal process.
Can I comment on or talk about other participants’ constellations?
No. You agree not to speak about, comment on, or give advice regarding others’ constellations — before, during, or after the workshop.
Can I touch others or speak during the constellation?
No. You agree not to speak about, comment on, or give advice regarding others’ constellations — before, during, or after the workshop.
What happens when I buy my place at the event?
By purchasing your place through this website, you consciously agree to all group rules and participation conditions.
Code of Ethics
What is the main ethical principle of your work?
We are devoted to serving the field — spreading the knowledge of Hellinger Science to everyone, everywhere — and to supporting the understanding of the invisible and fundamental entanglements within the soul and its connected systems. Every participant is treated equally and with full respect.
Which principles guide your work?
We work according to the systemic principles of belonging, order, and exchange, based on the original teachings of Bert and Sophie Hellinger, and inspired by other leading practitioners such as Jan Jacob Stam and Stephan Hausner.
Can a facilitator refuse to lead a constellation?
Yes. If a facilitator is affected by personal, family, or professional difficulties, illness, or heavy emotional events, they may refrain from leading a constellation. They will inform the client honestly and allow them to decide whether to proceed.
How do facilitators handle complex or unfamiliar topics?
Facilitators are aware of their limits and do not take on topics that require special expertise or preparation (for example: artificial insemination, microbiology, complex investment models, or national historical traumas). In such cases, clients are informed openly.
How do you ensure fairness and integrity?
We will not use our professional position for personal advantage — financial, material, or otherwise. We strive to maintain balance between giving and receiving in all relationships.
How do you ensure honesty and authenticity in your work?
We present ourselves truthfully, without exaggeration. We do not claim other people’s work as our own and always cite original sources when referencing others’ teachings — especially those of Bert and Sophie Hellinger.
How do you communicate insights from the field?
We share insights sincerely, even when they are not “positive.” We do so respectfully and truthfully, following the example of Bert and Sophie Hellinger. We do not speak negatively about colleagues, clients, or anyone else.
Can a student lose their certification?
Yes. Certificates will not be issued to students who use Hellinger’s work in unethical or inhumane ways. However, we remain open to future reevaluation if alignment and integrity are restored.
What happens in case of doubt or conflicting rules?
In all cases, we act in the best interest of the client, guided by truthfulness, respect, and systemic balance.
Seminars
Will I have my own constellation during the seminar?
We have a limited number of constellations that can be done during each seminar. Every constellation is a gift for all participants — you may receive insight or resolution for your question even without doing your own constellation.
Can I attend a seminar if I am not officially enrolled in the School?
Established fact that a reader will, taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with the theory of ethics.
Do I receive a certificate after the seminar?
No, certificates are not issued for individual seminars.
